There are online platforms offering tickets at massively inflated prices (e.g., VIAGOGO). Please make sure to purchase your tickets only through our official online shop or our authorized ticket vendor, Ticketcorner. MAAG Moments has no agreement with "VIAGOGO" and explicitly distances itself from these offers.

Flex ticket / Rebooking

We now offer a Flex Ticket, which allows you to reschedule your ticket to a different date up to eight hours before the show. Rescheduling is not possible once the event has started.

Please note: Without a Flex Ticket, rescheduling is not available.

Refunds are excluded. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid. In the event of cancellation, the ticket value will be refunded. For general inquiries, please contact our ticketing team via the hotline at 0900 444 262 (CHF 1.19/min).

Children

Children up to 16 years old benefit from a 40% discount. Tickets can be purchased through all pre-sale channels but are only valid upon presentation of an ID card at the theater entrance.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchair spaces can be booked directly via MAAG Music & Arts AG by email at info@maag-moments.ch. Wheelchair users and their companion benefit from a 15% discount per ticket.

Groups

Visit the show with your employees, your customers or your club and benefit from group discounts.

Groups have the option of reserving a contingent of tickets. This gives you plenty of time for planning. We are happy to cater to your personal wishes and prepare an unforgettable evening for you.

Duration of the show

The show lasts approximately 2 hours including intermission.

Box office

Tickets can be purchased at the theatre box office for all performances on each performance day. The box office is open 1 hour before each performance.

Opening hours

The theatre opens 1 hour before each performance.
